had a cystoscopy on Friday October 31 and at the same time had a hernia in the groin repaired. Testicles and penis are severely bruised to a deep red wine colour. Plus it feels like there is lump about an inch below the base of the penis in the sack. Is this normal

These are acceptable post surgical complication. Whenever there is healing, there use to be itching. Painkillers can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.
