Suggest Treatment For Bruises And Pain In Thighs

Hi, I travel quite often for work. I fly coach and first class. Do I need to worry about bruising on legs I assume I get flying? These are quite large and welt like on the underside of my thigh where my leg comes in contact with the seat. I move around frequently but this does not help. It is painful. Suggestions?
