Suggest Treatment For Bruising And Swelling On Lower Leg After Injury

I fell over 6 months ago. Entire lower ler swelled up and was bruised. Even bottom of foot . Swelling and bruising lasted 3 weeks maybe longer. I still have pain in my leg, burning, stabbing and feels cold from the inside. I get edema occasionally. I have a large dent and bump where I fell . My leg still looks bruised in some areas. No clot no broken bone. What could still be causing the discomfort , bruising, edema and indentation/ lump? I was told originally just bad bone bruise . The injury was on my shin bone maybe knee as well.

I really appreciate your concern, such clinical symptoms could be due to return problem of venous blood and this may not be due to clot but could be due to venous system disturbances or may be some kind of lesion some this could be due to limbic system block, you have to go some investigation to rule out these possibilities, hope this information helps, take care.
