Suggest Treatment For Bruising On Forehead After Injury

About 5 months ago I fell and hit my upper forehead on a door jam. I had a dent form immediately and then some bruising in the following days. I did not have any headache or other symptoms other than pain at the sight when I initially hit my head. I have noticed that the dent is still present and when I touch the area there is tenderness and some slight pain that occurs in the area as well as near my sinuses. Should I have my doctor look into this?
