Suggest Treatment For Bruising On Leg And Ankle After Injury

I slipped and fell face first on a wet sidewalk on Monday landing on my right knee. A day later a large bruise appeared appeared and covered the front half of my leg below the knee. The bruise was warm to the touch and I kept it elevated and iced it four times on Wednesday. Last night I noticed bruising behind my leg and below the inside of my right ankle. This bruising was not there before. Is this something to worry about.
