Suggest Treatment For Bulge On Biceps Due To Injury

I recently injured my bicep> its been a week since the injury. I have a big bulge on my right bicep. It looks odd, but not a lot of pain. I have been lifting weights but am afraid I may do further damage to the bicep. what do you recommend as far as continuing to work out?? I am 39 years old. 5'7" 165 lbs
