Suggest Treatment For Bulged Stomach Along With Irregular Periods

i am 25 years old and my menstruation is irregular. i consulted an OB and they gave me provera and instructed me to come back when i finally had my period for further check up but i was not able to go back coz of my work. i use provera for me to have may period but i cant buy it without prescription from a doctor. im noy having my period almost 3 months now, and i feel heavy... my stomach i bulging, is it one of the reason? i know i need to consult to a doctor as soon as possible.
