Suggest Treatment For Bulges In The L4 And L5

hi my name is mike I have just been diagnosed having 2 bulges lateral L4 L5 but it is an indentation in the disc leading to nerve down to s1 so I have sciatic symptoms in my legs I have been told by my physio that the disc could move itself to retract the current pressure im feeling on the nerve to obviously reduce the pain I feel but my question is if the disc does not move can the indentation in the disc be repaired?
