Suggest Treatment For Bulging Blue Vein Across Shin

i have a vein across my shin that is blue and sometimes bulges. it's stinging alternately and aching. there is a lot of tingling in my lower leg. walking seems to be a problem. even sitting feels like it's cutting off the circulation. what should i do?

Respected Sir, hi evaluated your query thoroughly. It seems some compromise at infusion level as walking seems to be a problem. I would strongly suggest to get a Doppler ultrasonography report done and then get the diagnosis perfectly. Regards bye take care wishing you happy healthy life ahead.
