i have a buldgeing disk ditereoating disk lower back pain that is now in the back of my knee docs put me on pain med and muscle relaxers. what type of doc should i see for this. the pain in my knee wakes me at night and it is hard to walk during the day

For the management of bulging and deteriorating disc, orthopedic specialist should be seen. The pain radiates because of pressure on nerves. Intervertebral disc bulging may be managed by traction, vertebral column support by bands etc to manage the pain.
