I am 57 years old. I am a retired rural mail carrier after 35 years of driving. My MRI showed mild osteophytic changes in the right facet joint. Spinal canal is mildly narrowed. Otherbulging disc and degenerative spurring. I am in discomfort mostly at night after I go to bed.What are my options?
