Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc And Disc Herniation

Respected Sir, I have a problem in the spinal cord at L4, L5 and S1,,, bulging occours at L4 and disc herniation is seen at L5 and S1 ..... i am feeling severe pain...It also caused nerve roots compression.. that is why i am feeling severe pain in my legs along with the back.. I am taking medicine ... Dr told me that you have to go for operation.. Sir please tell me what should I do.. I am a student and my studies are also affecting.....
