Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc At D12-L1 Level Of Spine

For the past 4 month I have suffered from radiating pain in my rib cage (righ side). The bone scane was negative. Then my chiropractor concluded In have a bulging disc in D12 L 1 section of my spine.



I am going through COX method spinal decompression but I wonder if this is the right treatment for this section of the spine.



Also, would bouncing on a Swiss ball or deep water aerobics help me get this disc(s) in order?
