Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc, Numbness And Pain

Hi, My friend has a bulging disc (between three and four) He has been experiancing excruciating pain, numbness in his side and vomiting for three days. He is taking generic version of vicodon and iss 56 years of age with reoccuring mersa infection. He is unable to get to a doctor..what can we do to help?
