Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc

Greetings and Thankyou, My name is Steven G, 7 weeks ago a bulging disc caused right foot total drop foot plus dramatic scyatic impairment. Neuroligist I think jumped the gun neverthe less MRI indicated surgery. Ive only one spine and would like a second opinion. I would like to find the leading neurological surgeon, perhaps Dr Barth Green (Jackson-U of M) Laser surgery preferred. Is Physical Therapy or acupuncture viable alternatives.
