Suggest Treatment For Bulging Disc

my son has been diagnosed,with a bulging disc,and is in great pain,he has had an mri,and the orthopeadic surgeon has said that is minor,but has not seen my son and the dr has said that the only thing he is going to offer him is physio,how do i get an second orthpeadic opinion
