General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Mild to moderate bulge in disc can be managed with stretching exercises, correction of posture and gait and pain killers for symptomatic relief. If you can upload me MRI report I will be able to tell you more accurately.

Looking at your BP recording, your age and lifestyle I would advise you for complete abstinence of alcohol, regular physical exercise like walking, yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises to allay anxiety and stress. Instead of amlodipine I would advise you to ask your doctor for losartan group of drugs for better BP control.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask for follow up question and I will gladly answer you.

Best wishes,
Dr. B R Hudda
