Suggest Treatment For Bulging In My Vagina

I have a bulge coming out of my vaga. I use catheras six time a day and notice this bulge goes in and out.it do es not sty out all the time. Please lt me know what you think this is and what might be causing this to happen.can surgery help? Thank you for your help!
