Suggest Treatment For Bulky Ovary

Hi. Today i had an ultrasound scan and it comes off that i have a bulky ovary.my perioda are regular and its painful too. If i am to rest on bed..the pains are bearable. I have a 5-7 day cycle each month and could pls suggest what a bulky ovary could mean?
