I am 37 years old suffering with heavy bleeding and clots. my Uterus is bulky anteverted measuring 110 x 67x81 mm and multiple small fibroids noted in anterior wall and a lage fibroid of size 74x64x65 mm in posterior wall displacing the endometrium anteriorly.
