Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus And Hyperplastic Endometrium

treatment of bukky uterussize 81into41 endometrial 13mm. and hyperplastic endometrium adv. furthur investigations and treatment .periods abnormal spotting fe few days and mensuration after 21 days , taken hormones but after 3months problem is same my age is 37 and 2c.s.[ two children]
