Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus With Abnormally Thickened Endometrium

I am rekha singh. I am 42 yrs/f and here is my ultra sound report which shows - my uterus is anteverted and bulky in size measuring 97mm*52*mm*38mm with homogenous echotexture and has a well defined margin the endometrium is in midline, hyperechoic and regular measuring 14.0 mm. No evidence of endometrial polyp / adhesion/ hyperplasia seen. No focal lesion seen . No definite evidence of intra uterine/ extrauterine sac seen . my uterus is anteverted and bulky in size measuring 97mm*52*mm*38mm with homogenous echotexture and has a well defined margin the endometrium is in midline, hyperechoic and regular measuring 14.0 mm. And impression of my pelvic ultrasound report shows- Bulky anteverted uterus with inhomogenous myometrial echotexture and abnormal thickened endometrium.
