HELLO GOOD AFTERNOON , MY MOTHER IS SUFFERING FROM THIS UTERUS PROBLEM ,WHICH IS BULKY IN SIZE, MEASURING 118*57*72mm, SHOWING IRREGULAR OUTLINES. MULTIPLE HYPOECHOIC LESIONS ARE SEEN, LARGEST MEASURING 23.2x17.07mm IN ANTERIOR WALL, SO, KINDLY TELL ME THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM . SHE IS REALLY FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM . Bulky uterus with multiple hypoechoic masses indicates fibroid uterus. Its better to undergo hysterectomy as fibroids are multiple. Get histopathology report of the specimen also to rule out any underlying pathology.
