I ve had a small bump on my throat that has been decreasing in size since I ve gotten it after I had a sore throat which went away. It s a little over and to the left of where my Adam s Apple should be. I am a 24 y/o male 5 10 and I weigh about 190 lbs.
Regarding your concern, I would explain that this small lump could be a lymph node, caused by a local infection or inflammation. So, there is no reason to panic as it is decreasing ins size. If the lump persists, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
