Suggest Treatment For Bump In Vaginal Area And Painful Sexual Intercourse

hi I always get bruise n a tiny bump after sex and presenly d bump increase a little I went to a pharmacy and was given canesten cream to apply/ciprotab,before then I dont feel pains when I urinate but wen I stared applying for som days now I feel pains...does is it mean ni should be scared of having sex?cos I am plz what should I do?
