Suggest Treatment For Bump On Head After Injury

About 3 years ago wrestling with my brother in the room , by accident I tripped and the side of my head of hair landed and hit a stell chair a big knot was on the side of my head I put ice pack on it so it wouldn't swell up or get any bigger but the bump never went all the way down..the bump is just about or almost the size of a quarter maybe a little smaller...the bump is exactly upward on the left side above the hairline , It's easy for me to cover it up if i comb it with a comb its only notoceable if my hair is cut too short but i want to know can I get rid of this!! I hate having it

HI
Well come to HCM
It is long being since the injury happened if you do not have any clinical symptoms then this is nothing to worry if you have not done the x-ray at that time so this is advisable to get it done now, swelling may not be due to injury but this could be something else, in my opinion better get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
