Suggest Treatment For Bump On Vagina

Hello i am 20 years old and yesterday i noticed a very small bump on my vagina. I figured it was an infected hair so i popped it and afterwards i used some peroxide to try and clean it. It burnt but not more then i have felt from peroxide before. I had never done thid before and thought nothing of it. Today i wake up to find it still burning and now a red area that looks like a rash. Do you think i caused a chemical burn? Thank you so much.
