Suggest Treatment For Bump On Wrist

My four year old baby brother developed a bump on his wrist. It looked like a bug bite but it hurt a lot when I would touch it. Tonight my mom has found that whenever he lifts his arm a lump forms almost looking like a bone or something and it hurts him a lot.

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling like structure could be lymph node and this is nothing to worry, but it need to be kept under the observation for any changes but most of the time this comes around on its own and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
