General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Std can cause bumps in your case.
But it can be due to hair follicle infection, sebaceous cyst, bartholin's cyst, and any vesicle.
Gynaecological examination is the must to diagnose the cause.
So consult the gynaecological examination and undergo vaginal examination and necessary test to confirm the cause.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Apply mupirocin ointment
Apply warm pad application and take frequent hot bath
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
