Suggest Treatment For Bumps And Soreness Behind Throat

hello, I have these bumps on the back of my throat. I did try oral sex with another guy about 2 months ago. The other day I was deepthroating a dildo and now my throat is irritated. Just curious, as I assume the worst of having an STD, but hoping everything is fine and my throat is just sore. Yes it is embarrassing to talk about and it has turned me completely straight, I'm just stressing that I have an infection of some sort. Does this happen often? Thanks.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems to be a bacterial infection in throat and not a STD..
Due to infection there is pain in throat along with bumps which can be due to inflamed tonsils[Tonsillitis] or Pharyngitis..
You need not to worry and take Azitnromycin 500 mg once daily for 5 days, Ibuprofen 400mg thrice a day,chewable vitamin c tablet once daily for 5 days..
Do warm saline gargles and chlorhexidine gargles..
Avoid spicy food,chilled water and foods..
Speak less and take sufficient rest and avoid anything that can irritate or infect the throat further.
