Suggest Treatment For Bumps At The Back Of Head

Hi, my boyfriend is from Ghana and since 2012 some bumps appeared in the back of his head. He has been treated them with medicine from an african shop for bumps but the bumps still there. I have a picture that can help to specify what I am writing about.

it can be sebacious cyst. requred local examination by surgeon if cofirmed can opt for surgery. before final treatment get it examined and investigated.
