Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Private Region And Cut Near Anus

Hello. I am sixteen years old female and I ve been experiencing some problems for a few months now. Pimples and pus started popping up on my private region a few months ago. I did not tell my anyone because it is a bit embarrassing. Later, a cut formed a little below, close to the buttox. It has not healed, and blackness surrounds it. Also, a small lump is forming to the right side of my private region. I m getting a bit worried so I am asking for your help. Do you think it is serious? Is there anything that might help? Please help me. Thank you.

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms look like some kind of pus forming infection.

If you are sexually active then please get examined by your gynecologist.
This will help to rule out STDs if any.

If you are not sexually active, then please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a broad spectrum antibiotic like Amoxycillin and Clavulinic acid two times a day for 5 days and for local application ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents.

Please observe proper vaginal hygiene.
Keep private parts clean and dry.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
