Suggest Treatment For Bumps In The Pubic Region Post Sexual Intercourse

A girl and i had really rough and enduring sex. The following day i did a quick inspection and noticed about 3-4 bumps / pimples where my pubic hair grows out... It s not big bumps... I was thinking that maybe the friction and bacteria just infected the hair folicle or something like that... Can you please help me with this mystery

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The small pimple like bumps what you are describing to be having in pubic region seems to be infection of hair follicles.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply Neomycin cream on the lesions after drying.
3. Wear loose fitting underwear till they heal to provide good ventilation.
Keep your genital area under good hygiene.
