Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Vaginal Area With Smelly Vaginal Discharge

im haveing a few problems my throte my nech my tong my glan an my ear is all so verry swoleing on the wright side of my neck it hurts verry bad it hurts to eat swallow it ingest anything at all ..... and down below in the cheeks of my bottom an some of the vajina area i have the little bumps that have came up it hurts to use the restroom all togather if i evein touch the areas wipeing theye hurt an burn so verry bad i have some brownsh yellow diss charge an somewhat of a nasty smell an im a verry clean young woman ..... i hope you can help me
