Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS NOT CANCER.
As per your explanation you got bruises it shows that you got some injury to the lower lip either by lip biting or some other injury which can cause damage to the small blood vessels leading to escape of blood from those ruptured vessels to the underlying tissues as well as below skin and leads to bruising as well as formation of HEMATOMA.

Th injury can also lead to damage to minor salivary glands and their ducts leading to spillage of mucus or saliva into the surrounding tissue leading to formation of a small lump known as MUCOCELE.

In case of hematoma it gets resolved by itself, though it can take some time but it gets resolved slowly and need not be worried.

If it is a small mucocele it also gets ruptured by itself and gets healed..

You can wait and watch for some time say for a week to 10 days but if there is any increase in size or pain you should consult a doctor and get clinical evaluation done to get ruled out the exact cause of your problem and get treated..

But its being turning into cancer is very unlikely ..

Hope your query is solved..

Thanks and regards..
