Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Penis Shaft

I have small flesh to dark colored bumps on penis shaft. They don t hurt nor itch. They are towards the bottom of my shaft close the the scrotum and I m concerned. Their are about 3 of them almost cluster like. When I squeeze them I feel no pain. Really scared they could be genital warts.

If you had unprotected sex, then it can be herpes wart. Sharing a picture will be helpful for proper diagnosis. if no sexual contact. It can be due to Acne, Fordyce spots.
