Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Penis Shaft

I am a 32year old male, 5'11"...200...and have a family medical history of diabetes and heart disease. Personally, I've had high cholesterol diagnosed since i was in my mid 20's. Currently i'm not under any kind of medication for anything. Recently, I noticed one or two small bumps on the penis shaft just under the head, just over the top and to the right. It is under the skin, never painful, never itched, never red, but just there. it doesn't move around, rather, the skin moves over it. When penis is erect it doesnt hurt or irritate, but still there and more pronounced.
