Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Right Leg And Scrotum

I ve had a 2 bumps on my right leg then one on my left that hurt and then popped when they got to big. But I ve had one bump on my scrotum and it got big and painful. I was going to see a doctor but it popped full of yellow and red liquid. I used antibacteria soap on my scrotum but I don t know when bump means on my scrotum do I have a STD or something?

they areinflamed bumps. it requeres local examination. if they are absces then antibiotic and analgesic is recomanded. it may not be std. it canbe incised drained proper dressing can be done.
