Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Skin After Tattooing

hello dr, so recently i got a tattoo. i was told to put a&d oitnment on it so i did. also i was told to cover it in wrap so i did with ductape around for a couple hours while in the shower. i now have many red bumps around 24 on my skin (ribcage) im very worried please help

You can apply an antibacterial ointment containing mupirocin along with a hydrocortisone ointment which ll reduce the inflammation.
If the problem does'nt resolve with these measures,visit your nearby dermatologist.
