Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Penis Shaft

Hi, So there is this weird bump thing on the shaft on my penis and i did some research on it and it doesn t look like a genital wart, but it was been here for a little over a week and I am too embarrassed to tell my parents or go see a doctor. I am too embarres to see a doctor because i recently moved to nyc from florida so I can t see a regular doctor. Please help, me figure out what it is and if it will go away on its own!

As per the narration, possible issue with multiple sebaceous cyst likely over the penis shaft.

If you can upload a photo picture of the lesion in follow up session if you desire, I can guide further better in this instance.

Till that time,
keep the penis in best hygiene condition
drink more liquids to avoid secondary bacterial infection
prescription of necessary antibiotics as penicillin or else as per the clinician choice
