Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Vagina And Thighs

So I have these 4 bumps and 3 of them are on my outer vagina lips and one is in my inner thigh. the crease between my vagina and thigh. The 3 bumps are filled with blood and puss. They are painful and pop and they go away sometimes but they never fully leave because they are like balls and the bump on my inner thigh crease doesn t bleed it s just a bump that comes and goes.
