General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The bumps you noted on your right tonsil that do not hurt are due to tonsillitis probably viral tonsillitis if you have experienced flu-like symptoms recently.

I advise to:
- gargle with warm water and salt
- take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and honey on daily basis
- increase fluids intake
- keep good oral hygiene

Observe your body temperature, if it will get high, then, should consult with your doctor as you might need a course of oral antibiotics.

Wish fast recovery! All the best to you and incoming baby!
