Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Vaginal Wall

I have felt a few bumps inside my vagina. They are on the inside of the labia. They don't seem to be superficial they can only be felt when I press down around that area. I'm a 23 year old with no history of prior problems. I have started mirena and I constantly menstruate. An you help? Any advise?
