Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Walls Of Vagina

Last tuesday i had 2 bumps on the lips of my vagina i figured form excessice rubbing with tissue which i tend to do while on lmy cycle. I took a shower later that day and poored hot wateron them and it burned bc it was so raw from rubbin. The next moring ther were more bumps. I treated them with cordizone,ice pack, and benedryl an di dint were underwear to bed and in 4 days they were gone? Could this be herpes?
