Suggest Treatment For Bumps With White Specks On Knees And Elbows
Hi I have small bumbs on my knees and my elbows.The bumbs are the same color of my skin and I ve had them for at least a month now.Dome of the bumbs have little white specs of skin that look like there pellig off.I think it could possibly be so,e kind of rash but I, not sure.

Such rash can be due to exposure to humid temperature extreme heat, rough clothes irritating the joints with movement. Try applying skin cream after bath and before sleep. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, humid and hot weather.
