Suggest Treatment For Bumps

Hi I have many bumps in a rash appearance in proximity to each other, however they are not colored. The do not hurt unless squeezed, in that case they we're very painful. They do not have white heads. I have had them for. Years. If I squeeze one it becomes a very tender bump they stays swollen for a long time. Some have even scared after squeezing. They eventually white head, I can drain them but they scar.
