Suggest Treatment For Bumpy Bruising On Neck

I have a bite on my neck. I didn t notice it until a the day after when a bump appeared. The next day the bunko grew a little larger, about 3/4 long, and I could see three little bit marks lined in a row. I never noticed a bit with three holes before so I m not sure what it could be. The bruise itches but it doesn t hurt unless I apply pressure to it

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your not sure whether it is a bite or not.

This could be a furuncle which is a bacterial infection.

Try TAB.AMOXICILLIN 500 along with one pain killer twice daily for 3 days to prevent infection and inflammation.

Consult a doctor physically if does not subside.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
