Suggest Treatment For Burning And Discomfort During Intercourse

I had a septate hymen which was broken during my first time of intercourse (which I still find very painful after 2 years). Now I have two pieces hanging which I find really uncomfortable, is there any solution to removing them? They are quite thick and tender and they get thicker towards the attatchement to my skin. I find sex really uncomfortable because of a tight, burning, pressure sensation around the hole which may be because it is constantly dry, which I can not help. What can I do?The gynaecologist told me the skin would just disapear itself bearing in kind this appointment was when the hymen was first broken.

Hi,

Intercourse will get more comfortable if you use water based vaginal lubricants( Astroglide), avoid use of douches and scented soaps.
Orally you can also take vitamin E supplement Evion, it will reduce vaginal dryness.
Septate hymen can be treated with minor surgery to remove the extra band of tissue causing discomfort during intercourse.
Thereafter a normal vagina is created. Get physically evaluated and treated.
