Suggest Treatment For Burning And Numb Feeling In Neck With Rashes

I have these symptoms,
burning, tingling, numb feelings in my neck. The feeling spreads to pain as it moves down my arms and returns to tingling in my fingers. My hands will turn cold and blue hued with too much work. I can not open cans, bottles, pull open bags of chips.
My hip area goes numb in bed and I have to lay there for 20mins before I can get out of bed. I have recently developed a rash on my left arm that comes and goes. Typing on the keyboard makes my neck tingle and burn. My legs are starting to hurt and I have the feeling in my lower legs now? Dr, says I am too young any serious things so don't worry? I am 39
