Suggest Treatment For Burning And Pain In Feet

HI My feet is burning and most of the time i have pain. Under my feet it feels very mushy (it gets flat) A few year back i always got pins and needles before it started to burn and pain. Now my touse feels num I used to use Lyrica (tm) 75mg Pregabalin..Doctor told me there is nothing on the market for my problem but they are trying this for the problem. can you help?
